Easy vanilla ice cream




Ingredients:
Milk 1 cup
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Fresh cream 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Aluminium foil

Method:
To the milk in the pot add in cornflour and sugar, mix well and cook till all the added ingredients are dissolved and mixture gets thickened.
Turn off the flame, allow cooling at room temperature, adding in vanilla essence and fresh cream, and mixing well.
Transfer in the container and cover with a foil and close the lid and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Cut into slices and serve chill.
