Mince With Egg


INGREDIENTS
·         Mince 1/2 kg
·         Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
·         Salt 1/2 teaspoon
·         Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
·         Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
·         Crushed red chili powder 1 teaspoon
·         Onion 1 large
·         Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
·         Coriander leaves handful
·         Bullet green chilies 3
·         Tomatoes 2
·         Eggs 4
·         All spice powder 1/4 teaspoon
·         Oil 1/4 cup

METHOD
·         Chop onions to fine, also cut coriander leaves and bullet green chilies to pieces, and grind the tomatoes.
·         Put oil in the container, add to it onions cook on high flame till golden brown.
·         Then add in it ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes, mince, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder, also add in I cup of water, mix well, cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface and mince is almost ready in about 15 minutes.
·         When oil comes on the surface add in eggs, and again mix well, and cook for 5 more minutes.
·         Now add in coriander leaves and green chilies. Turn off flame and cover the lid.

·         Serve hot with nan or paratha, enjoy!
