INGREDIENTS

Mince 1/2 kg

Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Salt 1/2 teaspoon
·
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
·
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
·
Crushed red chili powder 1 teaspoon
·
Onion 1 large
·
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
·
Coriander leaves handful
·
Bullet green chilies 3
·
Tomatoes 2
·
Eggs 4
·
All spice powder 1/4 teaspoon
·
Oil 1/4 cup
METHOD
·
Chop onions to fine, also cut coriander leaves
and bullet green chilies to pieces, and grind the tomatoes.
·
Put oil in the container, add to it onions cook
on high flame till golden brown.
·
Then add in it ginger and garlic paste,
tomatoes, mince, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder
and cumin powder, also add in I cup of water, mix well, cover and cook on
medium flame till the oil comes on the surface and mince is almost ready in
about 15 minutes.

When oil comes on the surface add in eggs, and
again mix well, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Now add in coriander leaves and green chilies. Turn
off flame and cover the lid.
·
Serve hot with nan or paratha, enjoy!
