Potato Sandwiches


INGREDIENTS
·         Bread slices
·         Potatoes 4 large
·         Coriander leaves 3 tablespoons
·         Green chilies 3
·         Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
·         Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
·         Salt 1 teaspoon
·         Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
·         Cheese 1 cup
FOR COATING
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as needed

METHOD
·         Boil and mash potatoes, also cut the edges of the bread slices.
·         Cut the green chilies and coriander leaves to small pieces.
·         Add them to the mashed potatoes, also add in salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and grated cheese and mix well.
·         To the bread slices add in the potato filling, sandwich with the bread slice.
COATING
·         To the gram flour add in the water, mix well, add salt and red chili powder and mix well.
·         Dip in the sandwiches, cover with the sandwiches with the coating and deep fry, until golden brown and drain excess oil.

·         Sprinkle chaat masala on the sandwiches and enjoy!
