MILK WITH NUTS


INGREDIENTS
·         Milk 1/2 liter
·         Almond, Cashew nuts and pistachios 1/4 cup
·         Double cream 1 tablespoon
·         Sugar 3-4 tablespoons
·         Green cardamom powder pinch
·         Mace pinch
·         Saffron essence 2-3 drops
·         Yellow food color as needed

METHOD
·         Grind the almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios to small pieces.
·         Simmer milk to a boil, and then add in sugar, green cardamom powder, mace and saffron essence mix well.
·         Mix yellow food color in some water, and add it to the milk.
·         Now add the grinded nuts to the milk, cook for about 20 minutes on low to medium flame or till it gets a little thick in consistency.

·         Serve chill and enjoy.
