No Bake Swiss Cookies

These cookies tastes well and are easy to prepare. Kids enjoy these delicious homemade cookies. Only the time is taken in freezing them.  It is nutritious snack in cravings.

INGREDIENTS
Gluco Biscuit 1 family pack
Butter 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Icing sugar 3 tablespoons
Butter 2 tablespoons
Desiccated coconut 3/4 cup

METHOD
·         Crush the biscuits to powder and pass them through sieve.

·         To the uniform biscuit powder, add cocoa powder and mix well.

·         Add 1/2 cup butter, mix well and make dough, if needed more butter add as needed to make dough.

·         To the desiccated coconut add the icing sugar mix well, add the butter, mix well again.

·         Apply butter to the rolling table, flatten the dough on the rolling table using rolling pin, and keep the thickness of the dough of about 1/2 inch.

·         Set the desiccated coconut mixture on the chocolate flattened dough.

·         Roll it like a chicken roll, and freeze for about 4 hours.
·         Cut to pieces and serve!

NOTE
If you have butter paper, you can line it on the rolling table, which will provide ease when rolling the dough.
When you take it out from the freezer it will be hard to cut, allow cooling for about 15 minutes at room temperature, will ensure ease in cutting to pieces.
You can also use Milo or Horlicks chocolate flavor instead of cocoa powder.
