It is simple and quick to make and delicious to taste. If you
always need something sweet to your taste buds, then must try.
INGREDIENTS
Full-fat milk 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 1&1/2 cup
Khoya 1 cup
Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Pistachios few for garnishing
Sugar 1/2 cup
METHOD

Heat milk, allow to come a boil, then add sugar
mix well, when it is dissolved, add in it cardamom powder and butter. Cook for
5 minutes.

Then add in it khoya allow it to mix well with
the ingredients.

When khoya is completely mixed, add in desiccated
coconut, mix well, keep stirring it until all the liquid is dried and it
transforms into dough.
·
It is ready, grease the tray and align khoya
coconut barfi in it, and garnish with pistachios.

Allow it to cool and cut into pieces. Serve and
enjoy.
