Khoya Coconut Barfi

It is simple and quick to make and delicious to taste. If you always need something sweet to your taste buds, then must try.

INGREDIENTS
Full-fat milk 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 1&1/2 cup
Khoya 1 cup
Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Pistachios few for garnishing
Sugar 1/2 cup

METHOD
·         Heat milk, allow to come a boil, then add sugar mix well, when it is dissolved, add in it cardamom powder and butter. Cook for 5 minutes.
·         Then add in it khoya allow it to mix well with the ingredients.
·         When khoya is completely mixed, add in desiccated coconut, mix well, keep stirring it until all the liquid is dried and it transforms into dough.
·         It is ready, grease the tray and align khoya coconut barfi in it, and garnish with pistachios.

·         Allow it to cool and cut into pieces. Serve and enjoy.
