FRIED SANDWICHES


These sandwiches are easy to make and taste delicious. The outer covering with bread crumbs gives it the crispiest taste. The quantity is sufficient to make 12-13 sandwiches. In food craving, they are easy to prepare in a short time.

INGREDIENTS
Bread medium sized 12 slices
Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup
Chicken cube 1/2
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onion 1
Oil 1 cup or as needed for frying

METHOD
·         Cut all the corners of the bread using a knife.


·         Chop the spring onion, shred the cheddar cheese, add mayonnaise, black pepper and chicken cube, mix well.


·         Flatten the bread on the rolling surface using the rolling pin.


·         Spread the mixture on one side of the bread’s slice, and roll them all and keep aside.

·         Beat an egg, dip the sandwich in it and cover it with the bread crumbs.


·         Heat the oil in wok, dip the sandwiches in it, and cook till turns golden brown.

·         Serve hot with ketchup.
