Chocolate Cookies

If you love chocolate and also like to eat something sweet, then nothing could be more scrumptious than the chocolate cookies, with the topping in the middle with the chocolate sauce. The art of culinary of the United States is in the desserts and cookies. Once you are smarter to make cookies you can bake any challenge that comes your way. Making your first cookies in chocolate flavor will promote your efforts fruitful at least to your own taste buds.
                                                                                      
INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour 1&1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Icing sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Egg half
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Butter 3/4 cup
FOR TOPPING
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Icing sugar 3 tablespoons
Water 1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon

METHOD
·         Preheat oven at 1600C, at gas mark 3 for 10 minutes.
·         Sift together all the dry ingredients and mix well.

·         Now, add the butter to the dry ingredients, also add vanilla extract, and beat them well.
·         Now add, half egg again mix well so that all the contents evenly distribute and attain a dough consistency.

·         Roll the dough on the table using rolling pin, cut the desired shapes, making a round depression in the middle for filling.
·         Grease the tray and assemble them into tray.

·         Place them in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
·         Place them on the rack and allow them to cool.
·         Meantime, prepare the topping, adding together icing sugar, cocoa powder and water, cook on low heat until a uniform thick paste is formed.
·         Add this to the piping bag, and fill the topping in the center of the cookies.
·         Transfer to the air tight container and enjoy the scrumptious cookies.

NOTE
Do not forget to either line or grease the tray while making chocolate cookies; otherwise there are chances of burning, which will render your money and efforts in vain. I hope I am clear in conveying my message!
